We have registered Trinity as a charity with Return-It!

You can no longer use the church phone number, but when you return your empties, you can ask to donate the money to "Trinity United Church Port Coquitlam" instead of receiving cash. 

Return it has a new system for nonprofit group deposits.

Individuals set up their own account with an email address and cel phone number by going onto the Return-It App online. Set your account to be linked to Trinity United Church, Port Coquitlam in the set-up process. (Important to set it for Port Coquitlam’s Trinity United Church).

Two-factor Authentication

A verification code will be sent to your cel phone asking you to type in to complete the set up process along with a password. After this set up it is easy as pie to drop the bag of items at any Return-It Depot.

This is how we do it

When dropping off the clear bag of beverage containers (milk, pop, juice, and liquor), at any Return-It depot, find the kiosk at which you type your own cel phone #, print the label, scan the label, and pop it on the bag. Your deposit total will appear on your account after 1 or 2 days. This money is automatically directed to Trinity United Church.

Once a month Return-It will e-transfer all monies deposited in Trinity’s name through our linked accounts to Trinity United Church, Port Coquitlam.

An income tax return will be emailed to your own accounts from Return-It.
